The 2013 will finish with the big success of the KBS Prestige sales. Last Monday a large audience of beef professionals and breeders attended to the 15th Prestige Sale in Augerville. Between the visitors breeders from France and Europe and the most important buyers of the biggest French supermarkets and Paris butchers. The beef cattle sale, 28 wonderful fat cows and heifers, were sold for an average of 5828,00 euros and the top price was a 3 years old heifer, champion in the Sunday show, from Gaec Lagautriere Elevage 23, sold for 13.000,00 euros. The breeding cattle sale, more the 70.000,00 euros of total sales, had 13 outstanding animals, selected by KBS. A young bull from the Christian and Vincent Besse herd, IGLOO-P, made 10,000,00 euros and lead the trade at this KBS pedigree sale. This bull is born to be a champion, the grand sires are Tigris and Bonux, morphologically perfect and polled!
